The Withings Pulse O2 is a sporty looking activity tracker. The Pulse comes with a comfortable watch strap and can be worn as a watch, in your pocket or you can even wear it like a necklace.
This activity tracker is unique as it has 3 features, including a sleep tracker, and a heart rate monitor, also not to mention it serves as a very exceptional activity tracker as well.
Our in-depth Withings Pulse O2 Review covers all aspects of this sleek new device.
Activity Tracker
This activity tracker is superior to many of the others I have seen, and where I think it really succeeds where most activity trackers don’t is it has a very well put together app. Many of the other trackers and watches I have tried really lacked an easy to navigate app and for me as an iPhone fan this is really essential.
Sleep Tracker
Something I’ve never tried before is monitoring my sleep patterns. The Pulse O2 has really opened my eyes to how beneficial this can be at improving sleep quality. I know that might sound silly but I really wish I would of started using a sleep tracker a long time ago. It really allows you to get your body in a natural routine and for the last week or so I’ve had lots of energy throughout my days.
Heart Rate Monitor
The “Pulse” O2, hence it’s name does a very good job at telling you your heart rate at the push of a single button. It’s a great way to check your heart rate, and the app makes it very simple.
Conclusion
After wearing this watch everyday for little over a week now, and I have really fallen in love with this device. I’m don’t typically wear watches and I’ll admit it was a little annoying to wear at first but after a day or two I got pretty accustomed to it. I thought this device really improved my day to day life, especially my training routine, as it made it very easy to track my workouts and keep track of my heart rate. I also really enjoyed the sleep tracker feature, especially because I have a race I am running in under a week, so monitoring my sleep is something I’ve added to my training regime and I am very anxious to see if I notice any improvements in my upcoming race. Leading up to all of my previous races, my sleep schedule is usually out of whack.
Overall this activity tracker is an amazing device. I would personally recommend it especially to any runner but it would benefit anybody who trains in general. It’s a really simple way to track your progress and a good way to help push yourself to achieve new personal bests.
